Location: Plant City, FL 33566

Pay & Schedule:

• A-Shift & C-Shift (Day Shift): 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | $16.75/hr
• B-Shift & D-Shift (Night Shift): 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | $17.00/hr
• Schedule: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off

Job Summary

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse storage, shipping, and production operations. This role is responsible for safely moving materials, completing documentation, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove finished goods from production lines and place materials in warehouse locations or shuttle trucks.
• Move raw materials to production lines as needed.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork and scanning transactions accurately.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate product records and inventory transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Participate in weekly inventory activities.
• Report food safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Operate forklift equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to read shipping and receiving documents.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to complete scanning functions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing job assignments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs .
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Ability to walk upstairs.
• Ability to operate a forklift for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable working in an environment with dust, odors, oil, and noise.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
