Physical Therapist

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday (flexible schedule available) Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our 90-bed healthcare facility. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and treatments as appropriate Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties CPR and first aid certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
