As we expand our footprint in St. Louis and surrounding markets , we’re looking for a a Jobsite Superintendent II/III who can lead from the front, drive production, and uphold our standards of safety, quality, and accountability on every jobsite. Your Impact in This Role Lead Jobsite Operations Oversee daily field operations, coordinate Trade Partners, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules. Drive Schedule & Production Plan and manage sequencing of work, maintain short‑interval schedules, and proactively remove constraints to keep projects on track. Champion Safety Excellence Consistently apply OSHA and Hankins safety standards, lead by example, and promote a zero‑incident mindset across all crews. Deliver Quality Workmanship Maintain high standards for craftsmanship, oversee inspections, and ensure all work meets project specifications and client expectations. Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Leadership to align field execution with project goals, budgets, and client needs. Guide Foremen, Journeyman and Apprentices, helping grow the next generation of field leaders within Hankins Construction. What You Bring 3-5 years' experience as a Superintendent I or equivalent field leadership role Strong understanding and consistent application of OSHA and company safety standards Proven ability to manage jobsite operations and coordinate multiple trades 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent II or equivalent field leadership role Demonstrated success managing larger or more complex commercial projects Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor teams and drive performance For Superintendent II and III OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Deep understanding of commercial construction means and methods Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Commitment to Hankins Construction culture, teamwork, and accountability Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, or civic construction Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software Lean Construction training or certification (AGC preferred) What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and level Company truck, fuel purchasing card, and technology package Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development A strong, close‑knit, team‑first culture rooted in Midwest values where field leadership is valued and supported Build Your Future with Hankins Construction At Hankins Construction , our Superintendents are the backbone of our success.
