Workstream is looking for an Hourly Shift Leader in Salmon, Idaho, who will oversee a shift of Team Members and drive key performance outcomes including sales and guest service. You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager in managing the overall operations and motivate your team to deliver excellent service. The ideal candidate will have prior quick service restaurant experience and the ability to coach others. A focus on profitability and maintaining operational standards is essential.
