Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Associate Attorney to join a collaborative legal team handling a broad range of practice areas. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, litigation, and client communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and support cases from research through trial.

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Draft and review contracts, motions, pleadings, discovery, briefs, and correspondence.
• Assist with trial preparation, including evidence, exhibits, and witness coordination.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings.
• Manage case files and documentation using legal case management software.
• Provide legal support across areas including estate planning, employment, family law, personal injury, securities, environmental, tribal law, immigration, landlord-tenant, patent, workers' compensation, and general/commercial litigation.
• Conduct statutory and procedural research and ensure compliance with court rules.
• Communicate with clients and explain legal options clearly and professionally.
• Assist with motion practice and trial logistics.
• Support attorneys with case strategy and development.

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, legal memoranda, and briefs.
• Familiarity with depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with legal case management systems preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
