AMN Healthcare is partnering with a leading regional healthcare system in Coastal Delaware to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join a thriving, physician-led cardiovascular team. This opportunity offers the support of an established health system, a collaborative practice environment, and access to advanced cardiovascular technology.

The incoming physician will join a well-established community cardiology practice with strong referral support, dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and access to a modern hospital campus. Current demand has created a significant wait for new patient appointments, providing immediate patient volume and long-term growth potential.

Collaborate with an established team of Non-Invasive, Interventional, and Electrophysiology Cardiologists, along with experienced APP support.
Strong patient demand and an established referral network ensure immediate volume.
Typical clinic volume of 20 to 25 patients per day.
Shared inpatient and call responsibilities with APP first-call support.
Epic electronic medical record platform.
Competitive employed compensation model with wRVU productivity incentives.
$60,000 signing bonus paid over two years plus relocation assistance.
