Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager to lead Commercial and Maintenance sales in a full-time, year-round role with strong earning potential and a supportive, team-first environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Driving new business and renewals for commercial landscape maintenance contracts (lawn care, fertilization, seasonal cleanups, edging, and mulch)
Managing and growing client relationships across your portfolio
Identifying and selling enhancement opportunities within your accounts (with operations handling execution)
Leading snow and ice contract sales and maintaining client communication throughout the season
Building, owning, and expanding your book of business over time

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance sales
Proven ability to close deals and retain long-term clients
Experience in maintenance and/or enhancement sales preferred
Exposure to snow and ice services is a plus
