About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial customers. You’ll work with a variety of systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, geothermal systems, and more.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude with customers. Whether working independently or alongside the team, you’ll be trusted to deliver quality service and represent Geofurnace with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance to improve system performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, components, controls, and equipment issues
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or wiring
• Test systems, pipe, and tubing connections for leaks
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician or equivalent training
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, chillers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs.
