CDL-A New Grads Paid Training

Accepting CDL-A holders with no experience and 120 hours in a CDL school. Paid training with ride-along/trainer support. If a driver completed school and training with another company and did not have any moving violations or preventable accidents during the time they have held a CDL, they can participate in a modified training program with a mentor.

Trainees will initially be over the road with a mentor for 4-6 weeks making $650.00 per week while in training. Afterwards they will go into the local position below.

Position Summary

This is a local, home-daily CDL-A position delivering grocery freight. Drivers will perform multi-stop deliveries using an electric pallet jack, making this a physically active role with consistent pay and reliable home time.

Pay & Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $1,300 $1,400
Base Pay: ~$1,350/week
Pay Scale (CPM based on experience):
- 0 months: $0.56 CPM
- 1236 months: $0.58 CPM
- 3760 months: $0.60 CPM
- 61+ months: $0.61 CPM
Miles: ~1,100 miles per week

Additional Pay

Stop Pay: $20 per stop
Unload Pay: $55 per trailer
Driver Ranking Bonus: Based on safety, miles, service, and tenure

Home Time

Daily Home Time (Local position)
Night shifts available
