This role serves as a strategic integrator, working closely with Sales and external customers and integrating customer needs across engineering and operations to drive program success and uphold Teradyne’s standards of excellence.Key responsibilities include:• Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs aligned with Teradyne’s program lifecycle framework.• Collaborate with Sales on proposal development and program capture strategies.• Conduct detailed contract reviews to assess scope, risk, and deliverables.• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), identifying critical paths and mitigating risks.• Build strong cross‑functional alignment across global teams to ensure cohesive, timely execution.• Monitor program performance using industry‑standard tools; initiate corrective actions to maintain program health.• Deliver concise executive‑level program updates and customer communications.• Sustain a culture of urgency, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration. • Travel of 10% or less.All About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Review the minimum criteria below to see if this opportunity aligns with your experience and aspirations.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience • Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and program/project management experience, ideally in Aerospace & Defense or high‑tech.• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑disciplinary programs with full cost/schedule/performance accountability.• Proficiency with program management tools, risk reviews, and integrated scheduling (e.g., MS Project).• Excellent organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups.• Strong ability to use data and information for problem solving.• Understanding of handling and securing ITAR and CUI information.Preferred Qualifications:• PMP or equivalent certification.• Technical expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and defense electronics.• Familiarity with Salesforce, PLM systems, and ERP platforms.Core Skills & Attributes:• Collaborates & Influences – Inspires and aligns teams without direct authority.• Strategic Thinking – Balances technical depth with business acumen and a mission‑level perspective.• Operational Excellence – Drives execution and metrics on multiple programs.• Customer Focus – Adapts to evolving Defense/Aerospace mission needs.• Integrity & Accountability – Upholds high ethical standards and drives performance.• Growth Mindset – Committed to learning, development, and expanding responsibilities.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $111,600-$178,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
