Job Description

Mass General Brighams community division is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join our outpatient, adult-medicine practices serving the MetroWest and Greater Boston regions. Current practice locations include Natick, Needham, Newton, and Wellesley, with additional opportunities potentially available within the region.

What Youll Do

Community-Centered Practice: Deliver high-quality care within tightly integrated outpatient settings that prioritize patient relationships and continuity of care.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a structured call schedule and flexible work schedules, designed to support your personal and professional life balance, with options for both full-time and part-time roles.
Innovative Technology Support: Utilize AI-assisted documentation tools designed to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
Virtual Care Collaboration: Virtual Care team to augment patient management and optimize practice operations.
