Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care by:

Providing direct nursing care to residents
Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Supporting resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
