Post-Bar Law Clerk/Associate

Modern Family Law , a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls sitting for the  July 2026 Bar exam , to become Post-Bar Law Clerks/Associates in Georgia . This role is hybrid, but you must sit for the Bar, and plan to reside, in the state you are applying to.

Program Details:

Post-Bar Law Clerks at Modern Family Law will join the firm after sitting for the Bar exam, and receive training and mentorship from our devoted Learning & Development team in preparation for their transition to an Associate Attorney after successful passage of the bar.

This salary is a reasonably reliable estimate that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law . Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school completed by June 2026.
• Register for the July 2026 Bar exam.
• Attain a passing score on the MPRE prior to sitting for the Bar exam.
• Submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar.
• Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
• Mock Trial experience is a plus.
• Submission of cover letter, law school transcript and responses to candidate questionnaire.
