As Amenities Health's founding Concierge PCP, you'll not only deliver comprehensive direct patient care, but also actively shape the evolution of our premium concierge practice from day one.What you'll do:Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a curated virtual panel (~1,000 members) — from preventive health and chronic conditions to complex care coordination, lifestyle medicine, root cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness.Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary care team (coaches, RNs, coordinators) and leverage modern tools including AI-powered documentation and asynchronous care.Lead and contribute to the continued development of digital workflows, messaging norms, scheduling design, white-glove service protocols, and advanced clinical offerings.Serve as a clinical voice in shaping practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement—in a nimble, highly-motivated startup where your ideas directly impact care delivery.Enjoy protected time for same-day urgent care, in-depth consults (50-min new appointments, 25-min follow-ups), and flexible administrative blocks—with zero legacy headaches or RVU churn.What Makes This Role DifferentYour panel, your pace: focus on quality of relationships, not volume of visits.You'll help build; not just participate.
