Cabo Bob’s is looking for an energetic, people-focused Guest Satisfaction Lead to help lead a fast-paced restaurant team. If you enjoy creating a great guest experience, supporting team members, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values fresh food, strong service, and a positive work environment.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead, coach, and support the team each day. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, stays organized under pressure, and brings a friendly, solutions-focused attitude to every shift. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead by example with a positive attitude and a smile
- Help organize and plan for daily business needs
- Look for ways to improve processes and support smooth operations
- Interview and help select candidates for employment
- Maintain key daily records, including notes, temperature logs, evaluations, prep lists, and restock checklists
- Provide coaching and feedback to support employee growth and development
- Attend weekly meetings with store managers to discuss business needs, staffing, produce orders, and service goals
- Ensure catering and online orders are prepared accurately and on time
- Be available for a variety of shifts, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Build strong relationships with staff, guests, and the management team
- Uphold company standards and enforce policies consistently

Requirements
- Current Food Manager certification.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills; English required, bilingual is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift during shifts.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
