About the job

INCOM Manufacturing Group is hiring a skilled Flexographic & Digital Press Operator for our Wheatfield, NY production team. You’ll set up and run both flexographic and digital presses and operate our label and tape converting equipment. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in print quality and likes variety in their work. And it’s a steady day shift, so you won’t have to work nights or weekends.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate flexographic and digital printing presses
Mount plates, mix inks, and adjust press settings to meet job specifications
Monitor print quality throughout each run and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished products and troubleshoot press and quality issues
Operate label and tape converting equipment
Perform routine press maintenance and keep accurate production records

What You Bring

2+ years of flexographic press experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read job specs and work independently
Digital press or converting experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
