Assistant Project Manager - Substation (Solar EPC)

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager with a focus on Substation projects within the Solar EPC sector. In this role, you will support the project management team in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar substation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring project progress to identify any potential issues early. You will also be involved in managing project documentation, preparing regular progress reports, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly in relation to substations and renewable energy systems. You should have experience in project management methodologies and be comfortable using project management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
