Key Responsibilities Support sales growth strategies, including new product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional campaigns. Implement digital marketing strategies to increase sales across customer websites. Represent Lavelle Industries virtually & in-person at customer training events, trade shows, and meetings. Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory. Develop extensive product knowledge to influence customers, store associates, and end users. Assist the sales team with presentations and sales materials. Conduct market research to understand customer needs & share findings internally. Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns based on customer feedback (VOC). Use data to improve product visibility and market impact. Monitor and report on sales trends and results. Work cross-functionally with departments like Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
