Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Georgia. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of emergency room experience, with successful completion of at least 2 previous travel assignments. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ESI level 5 training. TNCC certification is preferred. Cerner experience is preferred.
• Additional clinical requirements include the ability to work with a 1:4 patient ratio on a unit of 29 beds plus 8 hallways.
• Responsibilities include delivering patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, demonstrating critical thinking, and supervising assigned personnel in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Schedule details: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, and all applications should demonstrate compliance with the minimum experience and certification requirements.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
