TMC is Now Hiring Experienced Drivers! TMC is Hiring Regional CDL-A Flatbed Drivers - We Hire All Experience Levels! Earn $100,000+ Annually - Home Weekends
Top Pay & Benefits:- Earn $100,000+ annually - performance-based percentage pay
- Average $1,350 - $1,600 weekly
- Home weekends - our flatbed drivers typically run within a 1,200-mile radius of their home
- Sign-on bonus - up to $5,000 for experienced drivers

- We hire all experience levels! Are you a seasoned flatbedder? Are you an experienced van/tanker driver? No problem!

- Dedicated/Specialized Division - $5,000 sign-on bonus, the most coveted division in the fleet, freight is strong, TMC is growing its dedicated operations

- Performance-based percentage pay: While we do offer mileage pay, 98% of our fleet chooses percentage pay. Experienced drivers start out at 27%-30% of the load and can go as high as 34%. Percentage pay is loved by Experienced drivers because it pays more than traditional per-mile programs, and they get a share of the gain every time TMC gets a rate increase from our customers

- Our Experienced Driver Orientation Program keeps you separated from newbies and is only 3-5 days long, depending upon your experience level
- If you have limited or no flatbed experience, we will allow you to ride with a Driver Trainer to learn the ropes of flatbedding. All Orientation and time with a Driver Trainer is paid!
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3+ months of driving experience
- No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
- Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
