Neurology - Physician - Academics

Role Overview Seeking an innovative clinician-educator or physician-scientist to lead and develop the adult epilepsy program within a leading medical school. The position involves expanding epilepsy services, strategic planning, building regional partnerships, supporting quality improvement, and fostering research and scholarly activities. The role includes teaching medical students and residents in neurology and related disciplines. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical and surgical epilepsy services expansion Participate in program development and strategic planning Develop partnerships with regional physicians and hospitals Support epilepsy-related quality initiatives Collaborate with pediatric epilepsy programs Facilitate research and scholarly activities Contribute to education for students, clinicians, and patients Qualifications & Skills MD or DO degree; eligible for associate professor or professor appointment Board certification in neurology and epilepsy Experience in comprehensive epilepsy management, including surgical evaluation Leadership experience in epilepsy care Preferred: 4+ years post-fellowship experience, research background, and experience with multidisciplinary teams and value-based care Additional Information The role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a vibrant university city with extensive outdoor activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
