Job Title: Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for packaging finished products, inspecting items for quality, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Package products according to company standards and customer requirements.

• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects before packing.

• Label, sort, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.

• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous packing, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
