- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant tax/accounting experience.
- Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns and a solid understanding of federal and state tax concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a genuine interest in building lasting client relationships.
