Description:
The role requires coverage for specific dates, including Oct 26-30 and Dec 28-31.
The physician will work in outpatient settings Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
No call is required for this position.
The physician will be supported by an assigned clinical team for outpatient care and an advanced practice provider for inpatient needs.
The average patient load is 16 outpatients and 10-15 inpatients per day.
The patient population includes individuals aged 18 to 100.
The department uses an electronic medical record system.
The primary procedures include pacemaker implants, ICD implants (both traditional and subcutaneous), loop recorder implants and explants, and various types of ablations, including AVN, SVT, and AFLUTTER.
Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days, with temporary privileges available for clean files only.
Full compliance with credentialing requirements is due two weeks prior to the start date.
Health requirements, including vaccines, physical, and fit evaluation, are mandatory.
This position is open for urgent needs and for non-complex cases only.
