Our office is seeking a patient‑centered, detail‑oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and confident managing complex patients in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports direct patient care, clinical decision‑making, and coordination with our multidisciplinary providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive patient assessments.
• Medication management.
• Treatment planning.
• Follow‑up visits.
• EMR documentation.
• Collaboration with physician, counselors, and clinical staff.
• Maintaining compliance with practice policies, payer rules, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina NP license.
• 2+ years experience in neurology, pain management, behavioral health, or primary care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume patient schedule with professionalism and accuracy.

• Full‑time, Monday–Friday.
• On‑site at our Columbia, SC office.
