Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - 20 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This hybrid position offers a balanced model of in-person and telehealth care, providing comprehensive psychiatric services to a diverse patient population.

This role is ideal for a clinician seeking both income stability and the opportunity to increase earnings through additional clinical work, while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule.

Schedule & Work Model:

Total Commitment: 20 hours per week

17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours

Minimum of 10 clinical hours onsite at the King of Prussia clinic

Remaining 7 clinical hours may be conducted remotely

3 administrative hours completed remotely

Flexible scheduling aligned with business needs

Availability required during peak “after-school hours” (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually

Base Salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week)

Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling

Additional Earnings: $100 per clinical hour for patient visits beyond base caseload

Requirements:

Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program

Board Certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)

Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license

DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority

Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure

Ability to work onsite at the King of Prussia clinic for at least 10 clinical hours per week

Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Must have own computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet

Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
