Position Summary

Ron's Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to both clients and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and availability.
• Facilitate onboarding activities including employment paperwork, I-9 verification, E-Verify processing, drug screening, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate employee start dates, orientations, and client assignments.
• Communicate assignment details, schedules, attendance expectations, and workplace policies to employees.
• Follow up with employees regarding attendance, job performance, and assignment completion.
• Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to field employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-in applicants.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and retention goals established by management.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Qualifications

Required

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.

Preferred

• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Knowledge of staffing industry operations and employment practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
