Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:*** Follow, comply, and enforce all operational procedures/policies as stated in the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards).* Safely position forks/ lifting platform under, over, or around loaded racks and transport load to designated area.* Use knowledge of principles of operating safety rules and practices.* Use truck stability factors with and without a load.* Consistently perform proper pre-shift inspection every shift.* Follow good housekeeping practices.* Follow all safety rules and regulations.* Ability to scan, label, reconcile.* Demonstrate knowledge of parking and shut down procedures.* Demonstrate knowledge of process flow in Flow Rack system.* Capable of being cross-trained as needed in respected department.* Perform other duties as required.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS****EDUCATION:*** High School Diploma or GED required**WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:*** Hold or obtain a valid driver's license. Current forklift license to be obtained within 1 week of hired.
