Warehouse Associate

Forklift Operator

Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. Responsibilities include loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping, and conducting audits. Receive and process warehouse stock products, utilizing barcode and scanning technology for order fulfillment and inventory management. Inspect products for defects and damages, examine ingoing and outgoing shipments, and perform inventory controls to maintain high quality standards for audits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship products.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products including picking, unloading, auditing, labeling, and storing.
• Use barcode and scanning technology for order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of warehouse experience.
• 1+ year of forklift experience.
• Proficiency in using forklift, inventory management tools, RF scanner, pallet jack, and shipping and receiving processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in operating the forklift in tight spaces.
• Ability to prioritize safety and operate at a steady pace.
• Experience in operating on multi-levels and feeding multiple work cells.
• Experience in material handling, order picking, unloading, loading, and managing warehouse inventory.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
