VP, Americas Background Screening & Risk Investigations

A global financial services firm is looking for a Vice President of Workforce Screening Risk & Investigations in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves investigating complex background screening concerns to mitigate reputational risks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in Employment Law or Human Resources, with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. The successful candidate will engage with candidates and employees throughout the screening process and collaborate with Employment Law and Human Resources teams.
