Abacus Staffing is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Line Lead to support production operations at a Frito-Lay warehouse. This role leads by example, supervises line activity, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Pay & Schedule

$16.25/hr (Paid Weekly)
Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – Finish
Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production line operations
Train and support warehouse associates
Communicate effectively with team and leadership
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ensure SOPs, safety, and quality standards are followed

Requirements

6 Months of warehouse/production lead experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic MS Office and documentation experience
Knowledge of SOPs, audits, and training procedures

Physical Requirements

Lift 20–50 lbs regularly
Stand/walk for up to 10-hour shifts
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
Ability to work in hot/cold environments
