Job Description Locations: Dayton, Ohio & Columbus, Ohio Salary: $85,000 - $135,000 per year We are a medical malpractice defense firm with offices in Columbus and Dayton. We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in all aspects of litigation, including depositions, written discovery, legal research and writing, trial preparation, trial presentation, and client reporting. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical malpractice defense litigation. Exceptional knowledge of federal and state laws related to healthcare and medical malpractice. Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable outcomes. Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Superior written and verbal communication abilities. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
