Trust and Safety Specialist

Working onsite in New York, the part-time Trust and Safety Specialist will provide operational support for Intellectual Property enforcement queues, handling escalations, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with full-time employees to maintain quality standards and compliance. Key responsibilities: Process IP operations queues in accordance with documented SOPs and policy guidelines Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders Perform root cause analysis on errors, trends, and process breakdowns, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations, content moderation, or integrity/IP enforcement Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs precisely while exercising judgment on nuanced cases Experience with escalation handling and operational reporting Strong written communication skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, queue-based environments with shifting priorities
