What You Will Be Doing
- Define and lead the long-term DevOps roadmap, guiding the high-level architecture needed to scale automated software delivery across a global engineering network.
- Mentor, manage, and develop a specialized team of DevOps Engineers, utilizing career mapping tools for their professional growth and technical advancement.
- Architect next-gen automation strategies for the development and release lifecycle, overseeing CI/CD environments, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Analyze build performance metrics and automated testing data to identify weaknesses and implement forward-looking infrastructure solutions.
- Act as the main technical liaison between software engineering groups and executive leadership to ensure a secure release pipeline.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with a strong technical background.
- Proficiency with complex build systems like CMake and Yocto, along with scripting skills in Python, Kotlin, or similar languages.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD frameworks and ability to recommend, design, and implement automation toolsets.
- Demonstrated capability to lead a team with focus on technical mentorship, code quality, and project delegation.
- Stable work history demonstrating loyalty and commitment to growth.
