Hands‑on training: lead by example and provide practical demonstrations so students gain real‑world experience with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing turbine systems. Curriculum development: collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and create new ones aligned with industry trends. Mentorship: guide and mentor students on their projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions. Safety first: instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students. Qualifications Education: high school diploma. Experience: 3–5 years of practical work experience in the field, GWO certification highly preferred. Communication skills: strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students and staff.
