• Previous administrative or warehouse office experience.
• Experience with data entry, scheduling, and warehouse documentation is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.
• Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track inbound containers and maintain accurate daily shipping and receiving logs.
• Assign warehouse docks and coordinate container scheduling and movement with dispatch team s.
• Confirm customer orders and prepare shipping and receiving documentation for warehouse operations.
• Verify completed paperwork and submit required documentation to corporate teams.
• Perform data entry, filing, and records management for both digital and physical documents.
• Maintain office supply inventory and manage general administrative functions supporting warehouse operations.
• Provide direct administrative support to the Warehouse Manager, including calendar management, scheduling, and communication coordination.
• Draft emails, prepare reports, and organize meeting materials as needed.
• Assist with logistics planning, workflow tracking, and operational projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient movement of goods and process improvements.
