Each year, we focus on innovation, exceptional customer service, and strengthening our internal processes.We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of digital printing equipment to ensure high-quality output that meets customer specifications and production deadlines. Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 4 days per weekKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate digital printing presses according to job specifications and production schedulesMonitor jobs from start to finish to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and consistencyCommunicate with the design team to resolve artwork or quality concernsPerform routine preventative maintenance (PM) and basic troubleshooting on equipmentAccurately document job details and production data within the production systemCommunicate press performance, job status, and any issues to the Production ManagerFollow written and verbal instructions to meet production requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with cross-training on additional equipment and support team members as neededQualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED requiredExperience:Experience in digital printing, print production, or graphic design preferred but not requiredPrevious press operating experience is a plusSkills & Abilities:Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracyBasic math and proofreading skillsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyWillingness to learn and cross-train on multiple pieces of equipmentBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays401(k) with Profit Sharing
