INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

Training Manager
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Training Manager in the Training Support Flight at an AETC Technical Training Center, responsible for the development, implementation, and management of training concepts, programs, and procedures to meet instructional requirements.
Duties:
- Directs the development of instructional programs (i.e., formal training in initial skills, advanced, supplemental, distance learning, and field training courses) for active duty Air Force personnel, ANG, AFRC, other U.S. military service active duty and reserve personnel, DoD civilians, other U.S. government agencies, and foreign military students.
- Manages total training requirements to maintain operational manning requirements for multiple specialties or assigned career fields.
- Prepares, documents, and reviews the technical and economic data to support acquisition of complex, multi functional instructional systems equipment and services.
- Manages all programming actions associated with the assigned courses.
