Βασικά Χαρακτηριστικά– Στόχος Θέσης Ένας Customer Care Agent διαχειρίζεται μεγάλο όγκο εισερχόμενων αιτημάτων και παραγγελιών μέσω τηλεφώνου, συνομιλίας, email, μηνυμάτων, κοινωνικών ή άλλων καναλιών και έχει ως κύρια επιδίωξη να δημιουργήσει ένα εξαιρετικό customer experience για κάθε πελάτη. Κάποια από τα χαρακτηριστικά που θα πρέπει ένας πετυχημένος Customer Care Agent να έχει, είναι ο προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ευγένεια, αξιοπιστία, να είναι στοργικός, φιλόζωος, συνεπής και προσαρμοστικός. Βασικές Ευθύνες Διαχείριση μεγάλου όγκου εισερχόμενων αιτημάτων μέσω τηλεφώνου, email, μηνυμάτων, μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης ή άλλων καναλιών εγκαίρως. Προσδιορισμός των αναγκών των πελατών, διαχείριση και επίλυση παραπόνων και παροχή πιθανών λύσεων επιβεβαιώνοντας ότι οι πελάτες αισθάνονται ότι τους υποστηρίζουν και τους εκτιμούν. Οικοδόμηση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και αξιοπιστίας με πελάτες και τα υπόλοιπα μέλη της ομάδας του eshop. Χρήση κατάλληλων λογισμικών, βάσεων δεδομένων, σεναρίων και εργαλείων. Κατανόηση και προσπάθεια επίτευξης των στόχων και των ΚPIs, παρέχοντας άριστη και συνεπή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Προτάσεις ή πωλήσεις προϊόντων ή υπηρεσιών που μπορεί να ταιριάζουν καλύτερα στις ανάγκες των πελατών. Τήρηση όλων των πολιτικών και διαδικασιών της εταιρείας. Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 1 έτους σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, πωλήσεις ή Customer Support. Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, επαγγελματισμός, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα. Κατανόηση των προϊόντων, των υπηρεσιών και των πολιτικών της εταιρείας. Γνώση υπολογιστών, λογισμικού CRM, και ισχυρές δεξιότητες MS Excel. Ικανότητα στην επίλυση προβλημάτων. Ικανότητα για multitasking και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση του χρόνου.
