We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who want to grow with us and help build a reputation for exceptional care in our community.Why Viva Life?Pay: $14–$18/hour, based on experience and assignmentFlexible part-time and PRN schedulingOne-on-one care in the homeSupport from a local team that knows its caregiversOngoing professional development and opportunities to expand your caregiving skillsOpportunities for additional hours as we growAdditional home health opportunities for qualified CNAs/HHAsWhat You'll DoDepending on the client's needs, you may assist with:Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal careMobility, transfers, and safe ambulationMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersCompanionship and meaningful engagementErrands and grocery assistanceObserving and reporting changes or concernsSupporting each client's safety, dignity, and independenceWho We're Looking ForAt least 1 year of caregiving experienceDependable and committed to scheduled client visitsCompassionate, patient, and professionalStrong communication skillsAppropriate professional boundariesReliable transportationAbility to successfully complete required background and registry screeningWillingness to complete required orientation and competency requirementsCNA, Home Health Aide, CPR/First Aid, dementia, hospice, or other healthcare experience is strongly encouraged.
