About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Manager at various store locations in the surrounding Indianapolis area. As a Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pet Stores. Your main objective will be to ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. You will be expected to lead by example and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience in retail managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent customer service experience.A passion for caring for animalsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in managing a large retail storeExperience working in a Pet Store EnvironmentBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Manage and oversee the daily operations of stores.Ensure that the store is properly staffed and all employees are trained and performing their duties effectivelyMaintain a clean and organized store environmentProvide excellent customer service to all customersMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is properly stocked at all timesSkills:As a Retail Store Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of employees.
