Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Location: NovaCare Baltimore, Maryland (Merritt Downtown Athletic Club) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours Compensation: $81,000 - $95,000 Incentives: Sign-On Bonus, Student Loan Help, and Free Gym Membership Available Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000, and Loan Help Available

Our outpatient clinical team at the Merritt DAC in Mount Vernon serves a diverse population, from teens to geriatrics, in a collaborative and supportive environment. New graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply! We offer a structured, onsite mentorship program designed to support your professional growth from day one. Your primary caseload will be in orthopedics, and our experienced, supportive clinicians are eager to collaborate with you and help you expand your skill set. Additional specialties are welcome. If you are an experienced clinician interested in professional growth, our leadership program will ensure a smooth transition. We consider physical therapists of all experience levels, including those looking to start in leadership immediately . Our current specialties at NovaCare Baltimore (DAC) include: Orthopedic Rehabilitation (including post-surgical care and sports injuries) Neurology Rehabilitation Vestibular Rehabilitation Concussion Treatment and Management Sports Medicine Oncology Care (ReVital) Dry Needling Techniques Fall Prevention Program Therapeutic Exercise and Functional Movement Training Why Choose Us?
