Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a caseload of young clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to promote effective therapeutic relationships. \n
- Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, reviewing stability, and preparing for discharge when required. \n
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans focused on the unique needs and goals of each client. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress notes, adhering to all ethical and legal standards. \n
- Conducting initial intake assessments for new clients to establish their mental health needs and develop appropriate interventions. \n
- Engaging in weekly individual therapy sessions, reviewing therapeutic techniques, and refining your approach to meet client needs. \n
- Participating in supervision sessions wherein clinicians can collaborate and reflect on their practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. \n
- Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care. \n
- Embracing a growth mindset to continuously improve therapeutic skills and enhance overall service delivery. \n
You will primarily work with youth, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:

- A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. \n
- Proven ability to meet internal credentialing requirements and align with relevant clinical practices. \n
- A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance abuse challenges. \n
In addition to the qualifications, preference will be given to candidates who have:

- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of individual and group therapy sessions. \n
- A demonstrated ability to utilize electronic health record systems and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. \n
