Duties / Responsibilities The Acute Services Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to physicians, fellows, and academic programs. This role is responsible for timekeeping, payroll coordination, compliance reporting, effort tracking, and system maintenance across multiple platforms. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within both clinical and academic environments. Position Qualifications Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of emergency department experience preferred.
