Retail Store Manager

Job Summary Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager for our store at Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA. The Store Manager will lead the charge in creating a world‑class retail environment, overseeing all aspects of Sales & Operations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience between our website and retail stores. Key Responsibilities Embody culture and values, leading by example. Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store (events & promotions, community projects). Direct daily activities of store supervisors and associates in alignment with company and store goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Fulfillment. Ensure operational efficiency: payroll, inventory management, and paperwork. Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines. Provide feedback and continuously improve the business. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing within a retail environment. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and partners. Proficient in managing large teams and setting goals. Positive attitude, thrive in fast‑paced environment. Highly analytical, quantitative, comfortable building spreadsheet models. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and initiative when opportunities arise. Familiar with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory & POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, able to inspire others. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, work well under pressure. Physical requirements: 2+ hours of standing, moving, reaching, etc. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Availability Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
