Site Manager

- Employee Relations & Coaching: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees. You will provide guidance, conduct coaching sessions, and offer formal counseling to ensure performance and behavior align with company standards.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Actively collaborate with department managers and employees to resolve issues, address staffing needs, and improve workplace morale.
- Attendance & Reporting: Run daily attendance reports, track trends, and ensure all timekeeping data is accurate for payroll processing.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with the integration of new hires by facilitating orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring a warm welcome.
- Data Management: Execute high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining digital personnel files and ensuring all necessary documentation is correctly attached and filed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personnel information and private company data with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and empathetically with diverse groups of people.
- Administrative Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.
- Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for data entry and file organization.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions for staffing or behavioral challenges.
- Reliability: Since you are the "face" of the site, consistent attendance and a professional presence are non-negotiable.
