Additional requirements include:

• Providing excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
• Meeting safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipating and understanding guests' needs and exceeding their expectations
• Working well in a team environment
• Being 17 years of age and above with some exceptions
• Having reliable transportation
• Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Increasing overall sales by upselling and cross-selling
