Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain COTA licensure and adhere to all applicable professional and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required
• Active New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Expected weekly hours of 30 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar care setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
