Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!The work:As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications through both automated and manual testing methods. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently. You will leverage your expertise in.Net, Python, bash, PowerShell and/or JavaScript/TypeScript to create robust automation scripts, while also applying your knowledge of front-end frameworks to validate user interfaces and workflows. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you verify that all software components meet stringent quality standards before deployment. In this role, you will benefit from hands-on experience with a variety of testing tools and processes, such as automated testing frameworks, bug tracking systems, and continuous integration pipelines. Exposure to front-end technologies and scripting languages will enhance your ability to identify and troubleshoot issues across different layers of the application.What you'll do:Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web applicationsCollaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleIdentify, document, and track software defects using established processesTest front-end frameworks for functionality, usability, and compatibilityAnalyze test results and provide actionable feedback to developersParticipate in test planning, estimation, and status meetingsMaintain and update test documentation as neededWhat you'll need:2 years of experience in quality assurance/testing (manual & automated)Experience with Atlassian tools such as: JIRA or ConfluenceExperience with Selenium and CypressExperience running queries to validate dataExperience with Gitlab/Git for source control of codeMust have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibilityBonus points if you have:Bachelor's degreePrevious consulting experience and understanding customer/business needsExperience working within AWS cloud infrastructureExperience in.NetExperience in JavaScript/TypeScriptPrevious experience with automated testing tools & frameworksPrior experience in a secure environmentEligibility Requirements:US Citizenship requiredThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$91,300 - $184,900 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
