Client Associate

Your role

Role Purpose:
A Client Associate services clients and provides operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Educate clients on account services and capabilities
* Input data in to financial planning tools
* Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
* Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requests

Key Deliverables:
* Leverage communications channels to enhance relationships with clients
* Maintain management systems with up to date client information
* Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
* Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities
* Identify service opportunities for clients

Your team

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
